Moving, Shaking, Grounding

cloud doves

"Keep your feet on the ground and your thoughts at lofty heights."

~ Peace Pilgrim

There's a lot of movin' & shakin' going on in my world these days. I'm on the brink of a new experiment of significant scale and I'm not sure how things are going to unfold. But unfold they will and it's all good.

In the meantime I've been anchoring myself in tangible tasks like laundry and dishes and shredding old bills. Sometimes it's the simplest things that ground me the most.

Tell me, what grounds YOU?

Dearest seeet Stephanie, i am loving that beautiful quote! FInding answers and re-visiting the questions and sentiments of why i do what i do and why i want to be in business for myself grounds me and take me back to focus. Have a lovely merry happy week and love to you!

Always fun to see sweet Peace Pilgrim's name:) Keeping my feet on the ground is big for me and also breathing. Amazing how I can forget to do that!

@ Liz - It's amazing how a deep breath can bring us back to centre isn't it? But we forget.
